A very private and secure south facing top garden leads straight from the house to the steps down through the lower garden to the pool area. There is a gate at the top of the steps to prevent unsupervised access to the pool and for those who prefer, there is a gravel path without steps leading to the pool from the front of the house.
The dining terrace protected by a covered pergola and with its travertine dining table and elegant wrought iron chairs is the perfect place for long lazy lunches or romantic dinners. There are sun loungers and sun umbrellas ready to use.
The pool (18m x 4m) is set among olive trees, vines and scented herbs with stunning views to Siena. It is cleaned daily. The pool is lit at night and is open from 15th May to 30th September. It is shared by the 6 other houses in the condominium but with most other owners only using their houses occasionally, it is never busy.
