The house benefits from air conditioning, central heating and a working fireplace. There is a TV with DVD, CD, Bose iPod docking station with loaded iPod and a hairdryer in each bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster,dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Covered parking is provided for two cars.
Rental includes:
- all mains services, and air conditioning
- linen and towels (incl. Pool) for four people which are changed every 3 or 4 days; extra linen and cleaning services are available at extra cost payable locally.
- welcome pack with fruit, bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, wine and water
- the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and when you leave and also once during a week long stay
- household basics - cleaning materials, toilet rolls, washing powder and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets
- cot with linen and high chair available free of charge
