2009 rates for Casa delle Rondini
Per week (7 nights) based on four person occupancy
| January to April & November to December | €850 week | 125 per night |
| May and October | €1,250 week | 180 per night |
| June, July, August, September | €1,650 week | 240 per night |
A security deposit of €350 is required which, if appropriate, will be returned within 15 days of your departure.
Minimum three nights stay. Please note we do not allow pets.
We ask you to arrive between 4 pm and 6 pm and leave by 10 am. We have an arrangment with one of the other residents in San Giovanni to provide assistance in case of emergency. She speaks fluent English, German and Italian.
